Privacy notice: early access requests

AutoDee AI is a product of Sapelee. This notice covers one thing: the early access and walkthrough form on this website. It explains what we collect when you send it, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you submit the form, we store:
- whether you asked for early access or a walkthrough;
- your shop name, your name, and your business email;
- your phone number, if you give one;
- your shop’s location and how many locations you run;
- anything you write about your phones, if you choose to;
- the date and time you agreed to be contacted, and which version of the consent wording you saw.
To stop automated abuse, we also keep a one-way scrambled version (a hash) of your network address for up to 24 hours, then delete it. We never store the address itself.
If you send the form more than once with the same email, we keep your first request and count the repeat. A later submission does not replace what you sent first.
What we use it for
Only to contact you about early access or the walkthrough you asked for. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone for their marketing, and we do not add it to advertising tools. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Where it is kept, and who can see it
Requests are stored in a database run for us by Supabase, in the United States. The website is hosted by Vercel, which handles ordinary request information, such as your network address, to deliver and protect the site.
No other website visitor can see your request, and neither can shops using AutoDee. Only members of the AutoDee team with administrator access to that database can read it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while early access is being arranged, and we delete it whenever you ask us to.
Removing or seeing your information
Email privacy@autodee1.com from the address you used on the form, and tell us whether you want your request deleted, corrected, or sent to you. A person reads that mailbox. When we delete a request, the whole record is removed, and we reply to confirm.
If you no longer have that address, write anyway and tell us the shop name you used. We may ask a question or two to make sure the request is yours.

The form asks you to confirm this statement before sending:
AutoDee AI, a Sapelee product, may contact me by email or phone about early access and a walkthrough. My details are used only for that, are not sold, and are deleted on request.
